Kristin Scanlon

Property Manager

Kristin is responsible for overseeing the maintenance & daily operations of Atria, Tricera’s 250k SF office building in Sarasota, FL.

Previously, Kristin worked as a property manager for JG Management, Inc., where she oversaw multiple retail properties. Although she owned and operated a successful small business in her hometown, she prefers the flow of property management.

Kristin was born and raised in Columbia, MD and studied psychology & nursing at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She previously lived in California, but moved to Sarasota, FL after her four children grew older.
